Nicole Watson has served as the 2-1-1 Partnerships Director since June 2025. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, and raised in Tuscumbia, she brings a deep understanding of the region and a strong commitment to serving its communities. Nicole is a nationally certified Recovery Coach Professional (RCP) with extensive experience in nonprofit organizations and recovery-focused programs.
She is a passionate advocate for recovery, mental health, and community connection. Her work centers on helping individuals and families access vital services and resources while strengthening partnerships across Northwest Alabama.
Outside of her work, Nicole is a devoted mom to her daughter, Sophia, and enjoys traveling, all things design and exploring creative projects that foster connection and inspiration.
