SEAN Tracker (also known as CharityTracker) is a shared case management system used by churches, nonprofits, and social service agencies across the Shoals to coordinate assistance and strengthen community impact. Originally developed in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, SEAN Tracker was created to help agencies and faith-based organizations work together efficiently ensuring that no one slipped through the cracks and that resources were used fairly and effectively. By sharing information securely among trusted partners, SEAN Tracker helps prevent duplication of services while supporting transparency, accountability, and collaboration in meeting the needs of our neighbors.
Through a generous partnership with CharityTracker, organizations serving Northwest Alabama have access to this powerful case management system free of cost, empowering agencies to better serve individuals and families in need.
