Jennifer McNulty is the President and CEO of United Way of Northwest Alabama, a role she has held since December 2019. She brings extensive nonprofit leadership experience, having previously served as Chief Program Officer at United Way of Lake & Sumter Counties in Central Florida. Early in her career, Jennifer founded The Eagle’s Nest food pantry at The University of Southern Mississippi, an initiative dedicated to addressing student food insecurity and supporting the campus community.

Jennifer holds a Master of Social Work and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi, as well as an MBA from the University of North Alabama. She leads United Way of Northwest Alabama with strategic vision, a collaborative spirit, and deep compassion for those she serves. Jennifer serves on the boards of the Florence Rotary, the Help Center, and the United Ways of Alabama. She lives in Florence, Alabama, with her husband and two children. Jennifer inspires others to discover their passion and pursue purposeful work in service to the community.
