Spending Plans

United Way of Northwest Alabama is partnering with Listerhill Credit Union to host a Financial Wellness Class entitled, "Spending Plans" on Tuesday, April, 30 2024 from 5:30 - 6:30 pm.

This is a beginner course intended for those interested in learning more about personal finances. We want to help put you in control of your money, reach your financial goals, and ultimately reduce financial stress by addressing the following topics:

• Why We Must and Why We Don't
• Wants, Needs, and 3 Critical Questions
• Definitions
• The Importance of Saving
• 3 Simple Methods to Choose From
• Analyzing Your Spending
• Key Tips

This class is free to community members, but those who wish to attend must register online or by calling 256-764-5892 as space is limited.

Light refreshments will be provided to attendees.

The event will take place on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 5:30 pm at United Way of Northwest Alabama at 205 W College Street, Florence, AL 35630.
