The Girlfriend Gala is a fun ladies night out event that is a fundraiser for Success by 6. Success by 6 is an early education initiative of United Way of Northwest Alabama that focuses on early childhood literacy and school readiness. It's primary program is the Dolly Parton Imagination Library. Proceeds from this event benefit local children in Northwest Alabama by providing them with access to Dolly Parton Imagination Library. The 4th Annual Girlfriend Gala was held at the beautiful Locust Hill in Tuscumbia. Local resturants provided an assortment of delicious hors d'oeuvres and there were signature drinks as well. Many local businesses had pop-up shops available for ladies to do a little shopping and there was an abundance of door prizes and a silent auction.
Thanks to the Wood Floor Store, all our sponsors, vendors and volunteers for making 2016 another successful year!
